Resin 3D Printing
When your designs demand intricate geometries or a porcelain-like surface polish, SLA excels where other methods fall short. Its exceptional accuracy ensures your parts are produced with tight tolerances and minimal dimensional variation, precisely as you envisioned.
Our state-of-the-art equipment and expert technicians ensure that your projects are executed with the highest precision and efficiency. We offer a wide range of resins to match your specific needs, from standard resins for everyday applications to robust engineering resin and specialized medical-grade resin. Whether you’re prototyping a new product, creating a sculptural display, or producing end-use parts, SLA printing delivers the quality and speed your business demands.
How it Works
SLA 3D printing uses a focused laser beam to precisely cure solid shapes from vats of liquid resin. In this process, digital designs are transformed into three dimensional objects with exceptional accuracy. Our industrial SLA machines can handle large-scale prints and high-volume production without compromising on quality or speed.
We carry out meticulous in-house post-processing and quality control. First, excess resin is removed and the parts are cleaned. Support structures are then detached, leaving a pristine, high-resolution model. Finally, a UV cure solidifies the outer layers for maximum strength and the prints are inspected to ensure quality.

Pros
This technology empowers you to create complex, organic shapes and render intricate details that are often impossible with traditional manufacturing. Push the boundaries of innovation with large print sizes, smooth surface finishes, high dimensional accuracy, and the ability to rapidly iterate designs, accelerating your product development cycle. Having the option to choose medical or engineering resins is also an important advantage for specialized use cases.
COns
SLA 3D printing excels in specific applications, but it may not be the optimal choice for every project. For less detailed production or parts requiring extreme durability, some of our other additive manufacturing options might offer more cost-effective and robust solutions. The sensitivity of photopolymer resins to solvents and UV light necessitates careful consideration for parts intended for harsh environments or prolonged outdoor use.
